What we love about our home

The best feature by far is our pool and back yard. With just a few potted palms and flowers we transform our back yard into a tropical paradise spring through fall. We are situated on the shady east side of Coastal Drive and we stay cool while our lakefront neighbors cook in the hot Texas summers. First in the neighborhood to go solar. If you are purchasing a home and deisre a swimming pool, consider the expense and the inconvenience you will experience during construction. Believe us, we've been there!
